Mobility - Accessing MyPhone & Single Number Reach

This article explains how to access and configure mobility settings through myphone.uchicago.edu.

Note: Access will not work with Google Chrome. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer.

  1. Go to https://myphone.uchicago.edu/
  2. Select Go to My Phone
  3. Log in with Username and Password with CNetID and Password

  4. Your cell phone number appears under Alternate Numbers. Make sure Reach Me Anywhere is checked.

  5. The pencil icon under Actions is the edit tool. Click the pencil to edit the cell phone to enable or disable.
  6. To turn off the single number reach: in the Edit Alternate Number window uncheck Enable Reach Me Anywhere for this alternate number and then select OK at the bottom of the window. A small pop-up window appears indicating the Save was successful; select the X on the upper right of the window to close it.

  7. To turn on the single number reach: in the Edit Alternate Number window check Enable Reach Me Anywhere for this alternate number and then select OK at the bottom of the window. A small pop-up window appears indicating the Save was successful; select the X on the upper right of the window to close it.

  8. Select Log Out on the upper-right of the screen to exit Myphone.
