This article explains how to clear your cache if you cannot login to Business Objects using the Firefox Browser.

If you cannot login to Business Objects using the Firefox Browser, you may be able to solve the problem by clearing your browser cache.

Clear the Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox

  1. In Windows, use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del in Firefox.

  2. Press Details in the popup window and select all available options.

  3. In Time range to clear:, select Everything and click Clear.

    Clear Cache
