UChicago Sites vs UChicago Voices/Blogs

This article explains the differences between UChicago Sites and UChicago Voices, UChicago's blogging service.

The University of Chicago provides a number of tools for website creation. If you want a site with official University branding or if you want custom development (for a fee), you should request an UChicago Site. If you are looking to create a class blog, fill out the course blog request form; to create a personal website for academic purposes, log in to Blog Creation Self-Service page with your CNetID and password and complete the form.
