Your Windows Java 7 security settings must be changed to prevent a ThinCadenza.jar error with Java 7 when editing or modifying WebI reports using the Advanced editor. You must have administrator rights to your machine to change these settings.

Alternatively, you can change your InfoView preferences for WebI to use the interactive editor.

  1. Open the Control Panel from the Windows Start Menu.

  2. Click Programs.

  3. Click Java to open the Java Control Panel.

  4. Click the Security tab.

  5. Click Edit Site List....

  6. Click Add.

  7. Copy and paste this URL: http://bobisprd.uchicago.edu

  8. Click Add.

  9. Copy and paste this URL: https://boreporting.uchicago.edu

  10. Click OK to save the changes.

  11. Click OK to exit.

You can create or modify a Webi report and open it in the Java Report Panel without any errors.
