Using Keywords [1:32]
There are many helpful features in the Reviewer Site. One of these features that you may not be aware of is the ability to use departmental and sub-departmental keywords.
Keywords allow you to include names that an organization may be more commonly known by, instead of, or in addition to, its formal name. For example, Information Technology Services is more frequently known as IT Services. You can include keywords such as this for any department or sub-department you review.
After logging in to reviewers.uchicago.edu using your CNetID and password, you can select any organizations that keywords may be appropriate for by going to View my Departments or View my Sub-Departments on the left of your screen, since both come equipped with keyword capabilities.
All you have to do to add a keyword to a department or sub-department is go to ‘Keywords’ on the organization’s contact page. If you then select Add Keyword, you can type in any name you wish and then hit Save. Please make sure that you are using legitimate keywords that others will know and use.
If you were to then look up your organization by the keyword that you just added, it should appear in the search results.
