Can a voicemail message be delivered to a group email address?
Yes, the group mailbox receives the voicemail. The message can be saved as an email and shared by the group as needed.
If we choose to use a group email address, do we need to retrieve the message through voice access?
No, all messages can be delivered to email, eliminating the need to check shared messages via voice dialing.
Can more than one telephone station receive message notification when a new message arrives?
Yes, multiple telephone sets can receive message notification.
Is a shared mailbox managed differently than a typical individual subscriber mailbox?

How does a shared mailbox subscriber retrieve messages via the telephone?
To access voicemail, dial 2-6986 (2-MYVM) onsite or 773-702-6986 offsite, press [*]:
- Enter the shared mailbox number. Then press [#].
- Enter the mailbox password. Then press [#].
How does a subscriber create a shared mailbox?
A user cannot create a mailbox. All programming is performed by IT Services at the request of a customer.
