What is the maximum number of distribution lists allowed?
The maximum number of personal distribution lists (PDL) is 20.
What is the maximum number of mailbox subscribers per list?
The maximum number of members per PDL is 200.
When do lists expire?
Lists do not have an expiration date.
Why can’t I include some mailboxes in my list?
The distribution list can contain only mailbox subscribers on the Legacy (Mereon) system. See Legacy Voicemail FAQs to learn more about each system.
Is delivery immediate?
Yes, message delivery can be immediate.
Can the delivery be scheduled?
After your mailbox numbers have been entered, you may follow the prompts to schedule your message delivery for a specific date and time.
Is delivery restricted at a specific time of day?
No, there are no time restrictions on message delivery; however, we request that messages to large groups (greater than 100) be scheduled after normal business hours to ensure standard voicemail operations are not interrupted with message delivery.
