Chalk - Generate a Course Roster (Instructors)

This article explains how an Instructor can generate a Course Roster in their Chalk course site.

Why Generate a Course Roster?

Chalk receives an import file directly from the Registrar's Office. If an Instructor would like a list of students enrolled in the course, the list can be generated in two ways:

  1. Using the Course Roster tool
  2. Using the User List

Course Roster Tool

  1. In the Course Menu, click Tools, then select the Roster link.

  2. Select {Last Name or First Name}, then select Not blank from the Search textbox. Note: If a specific student's name is desired, enter the name in the textbox.

  3. Click the Go button, to retrieve the list of ALL students in the class.
