Chalk - Requests for Alternative Texts for Course Materials (Students)

This article explains how students receiving accommodations from the Student Disability Service may request alternative text for course materials.

Students receiving accommodations from the Student Disability Services that include the provision of alternative text may use the following form to request that course materials be converted to an appropriate format:
