All documentation for using ServiceNow, the ITSM tool used by IT Services, is located in the Internal KnowledgeBase (KB).

To access the internal KB, log in with your CNetID and password at https://answers.uchicago.edu/internal

IT Services employees who are denied access should email kb-feedback@lists.uchicago.edu for resolution.
