Verizon Business User Care: (800) 922-0204 from a land line
Or dial *611 from your Verizon mobile device

Note: Business User Care cannot order equipment, add discounts, add/change rate plans or features, change user info., or answer billing inquiries.

For changes to your account and billing inquiries:

Call 2-5800, option 2, then option 2 or email Your call, along with any change, will be made on the next business day. You may be asked for the billing name and address which is: University of Chicago, 1307 E. 60th Street, Chicago, IL 60637.

If you already have service with AT&T and receive a new or replacement device:

Activation Group: (888) 444-4410 option 2, option 1
Hours of operation: Mon.-Fri. 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time.

If you already have service with Verizon and receive a new or replacement device:

Please Note: If you order a new line of service, port or upgrade, your service will be active upon receiving your device. If your device is not active, please contact Customer Service 800-922-0204

For a malfunctioning phone:

If your phone is malfunctioning and is over 30 days old, contact AT&T Warranty Exchange at 800--801-1101. If asked for a password it is (CHICAGO).

Verizon Users, contact Business User Care: (800) 922-0204 from a land line

If your phone is less than 30 days old, contact 2-5800 option 2, then option 2.

If you have purchased Apple Care you can contact Apple Care at 800-275-2273
