Outlook 2010 - Importing a .VCS File (Calendar entries)

This article explains how to import a .vcs file of calendar entries into Outlook 2010.

  1. Start Outlook 2010.
  2. Select the File menu.
  3. Choose Open.
  4. Click Import.

  5. From the Import and Export Wizard, select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and click Next.

  6. Browse to your .vcs file, select it, and click OK.

  7. To keep these calendar entries separate, select Open as New. To import them directly into your calendar and combine them with new or existing Outlook calendar entries, choose Import.
