Risk (ITSM)

A possible event which might disrupt a service or a business process, together with the likelihood that this event will happen.  Optionally, the likelihood that undertaking a specific activity (e.g. a proposed Change) will result in an Incident typically combined with some assessment of the likely Severity of any resulting Incident.
