Mailing Lists - List Definition Settings
This article defines the email list settings options for the Mailing List Service.
Navigation: Select an email list from the left navigation bar. In the navigation bar, click Admin, then Edit List Config, then List definition.
Subject of the List
This field is a one-line description for your list. The subject is included in the subscription confirmation email.
Visibility of the List
This field indicates who can view the list. It determines whether the list is included on the List of Lists and in the Mailing List categories on the home page of the Lists website.
- Conceal except for subscribers - Only subscribers, list owners and list moderators can view the list
- No conceal - Anyone can view the list; it will be visible on the list of lists.
- Conceal even for subscribers (secret) - Only list owners and moderators can view the list.
