What is the maximum number of private (distribution) lists allowed?
The maximum number of private (distribution) lists is 25.
What is the maximum number of mailbox subscribers per list?
The maximum number of members per private (distribution) list is 99.
When do lists expire?
Lists do not have an expiration.
Why can’t I include some mailboxes in my list?
The mailboxes must be Integrated (Cisco Unity Connection) voicemail subscribers as well. See Integrated Voicemail FAQs to learn more about each system.
Is delivery immediate?
Yes, message delivery can be immediate.
Can the delivery be scheduled?
After your mailbox numbers have been entered, you may follow the prompts to schedule your message delivery for a specific date and time.
Is delivery restricted at a specific time of day?
No, there are no time restrictions on message delivery.
